Technical Requirements
-
Firefly's shows typically require a minimum of 15ft x 15ft of space, with a ceiling height clearance of 12-15ft that is clear of hanging decorations. The mininimun space required to perform is 8ft x 8ft. The amount of space will greatly effect the dynamics of the performance.
-
Firefly will provide the necessary safety equipment such as, fire extinguishers and fire blankets, for each performance.
Fire Shows:
-
Indoor fire shows require adequate ventilation, dim lighting, and an outside area to prepare our equipment in.
-
Outdoor fire shows require an area that is void of debris, high winds, snow and/or rain and preferably when the sun is setting.
LED Shows:
-
LED shows require dim or very minimal lighting and adequate space free of any debris.

Aerial Shows:
-
Aerial shows typically require a rig point that is at least 14ft from the floor. 20 ft or higher is ideal.
-
The structure must be able to support a minimum load of 5,000 lbs, such as open steel or wood beams, a truss or a professionally installed rig point.
-
The venue must provide a lift, ladder, or other method to reach the point where the aerial equipment will be attached.
-
In the event that your venue does not have the appropriate structure, if there is a large enough space or if it is outdoors, you may be able to arrange for a portable stand-alone aerial rig. There are also some event rental companies that supply tents that can support rigging inside.
